{"id":39,"date":"2019-09-22T10:09:26","date_gmt":"2019-09-22T10:09:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/justgottabe.org\/Humanist-Calendar\/?page_id=39"},"modified":"2019-09-22T14:30:27","modified_gmt":"2019-09-22T14:30:27","slug":"july","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/justgottabe.org\/humanist-calendar\/july\/","title":{"rendered":"July"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Founding Dates<\/em>:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.atheists.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">American Atheists<\/a>&nbsp;(1st, 1963)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Indivisible Day<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 July 4th \u2013 Jesse Ventura, a Minnesota politician and activist for the right to freedom of and from religion, declared July 4, 2002, \u201cIndivisible Day\u201d in recognition for the need for separation of church and state \u2013 necessary for people of all worldviews to coexist in harmony.&nbsp; The day is still recognized by some as Indivisible Day, as the founding of our nation and how the pledge was originally written: \u201cone nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all\u201d.<\/li><li><strong>Math 2.0 Day<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 celebrated on July 8th, this day celebrates math as the foundation of&nbsp; science and technology.&nbsp; Without math, we would not have buildings or cars or airplanes or the TV or even the device you are reading this on.
